The work
The Emperor’s New Cloud — including the twenty-eight papers, the Blueprint, the First Principles Index, the Manifesto, and the supporting site content — is the work of Matthew Breen.
Licence
The work is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).
You may:
- Reproduce and redistribute the work in any medium or format, for any purpose, including commercial.
- Adapt and build on the work.
You must:
- Attribute the author (Matthew Breen) and link back to emperorsnewcloud.eu.
- Indicate if any changes were made.
Signatures
When you sign the Manifesto, you consent to:
- Your name (citizens, politicians) or company / organisation name plus logo (companies, organisations) being displayed on the site.
- Optional affiliation, office, party, city, country, or quote being displayed alongside your name.
- The aggregate signature count being cited in references to the Manifesto.
You may withdraw your signature at any time by emailing matt@emperorsnewcloud.eu.
Politician, company, and organisation signatures are reviewed before publication. Matt may decline a signature without explanation.
Limitation of liability
The work expresses analysis and opinion. It does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or operational guidance. Readers acting on the work do so at their own discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Ireland] [member state to be confirmed]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
